The Professional Side
Dr. Amanda Azan joined the Keith and Associates team in September 2022. She graduated from Baylor University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science Studies. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2017 from the Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry. Dr. Amanda completed a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at UMKC in 2018.
Dr. Amanda is originally from Sedalia, MO and is proud to call Kansas City her home. From the time she realized her love for dentistry when she was 12 years old, she was determined to pursue that profession and follow in her father’s footsteps. Dr. Amanda has a strong passion to help and serve others, each spring break, she traveled to Jamaica (her parents’ homeland), to provide free dental treatment to children and their families.
Dr. Amanda continues to learn and grow in her practice of dentistry every day. She is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.
The Personal Side
Outside of the office, Dr. Amanda enjoys playing golf with her husband, snuggling with her rescued dog Jack, spending time with family and friends, and hunting for new bourbons to add to her collection. A fun fact about Dr. Amanda is that she hasn’t missed wearing Pink on Wednesdays since 2013.
