The Professional Side

Before Dr. Bill was a dentist, he set out to carve a path independent of his father. He earned degrees in finance and accounting from San Antonio’s Trinity University and spent several years in the business world — but some soul-searching led him back to the family calling. In 2017, Bill Keith proudly emerged from the UMKC School of Dentistry, ready to follow in his father’s footsteps after all.

Dr. Bill took over the practice from his father in 2018, and today his full-time focus is leadership. You won’t find him chairside — instead, his entire job is your experience as a patient: recruiting talented dentists, coaching and developing them, and making sure every doctor and hygienist at keith + associates has the training, technology, and support to deliver exceptional care. It’s an approach few practices can offer — a dedicated leader whose whole role is growing the team that takes care of you, so your family can find everything from routine care to implants, sedation, and wisdom teeth removal all under one roof.

That leadership reaches well beyond Kansas City. As President of Dental Success Partners, a doctor-founded dental service organization, Dr. Bill coaches dentists across the country on these same principles of patient-first care — and brings what he learns back to keith + associates every day.

The Personal Side

Dr. Bill is actively involved in his community. He and his wife, Ashley, live in Leawood, KS, where they’re raising their two kids, Wilson and Holland. He says figuring out parenthood in real time is the thing he’s most proud of — and most humbled by. An avid Kansas Jayhawks, Royals, and Chiefs fan, Bill is doing his best to make sure Wilson and Holland grow up cheering for the home teams, too. When he’s not at the practice, you’ll find him golfing, hunting, or spending weekends at the lake with his family.
